基于SPOC的案例教学法联合情景模拟教学法在口腔急诊护理带教中的应用

目的:探讨基于SPOC的案例教学法联合情景模拟教学法在口腔急诊护理教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年和2023年在浙江大学医学院附属口腔医院急诊科工作的30名护理人员(含轮转实习生)为研究对象。将2022年15名护理人员作为对照组,采用传统教学模式;将2023年15名护理人员作为试验组,采用基于SPOC的案例教学法联合情景模拟教学法。比较两组理论操作考核成绩、带教满意度、综合能力、应急能力。结果:试验组学生的理论操作考核成绩、带教满意度、综合能力、应急能力均优于对照组(P<0。05)结论:基于SPOC的案例教学法联合情景模拟教学法有效提高口腔急诊科临床带教质量,提升了 口腔急诊护理服务能力。
Application of SPOC-Based Case Teaching Method Combined with Scenario Simulation Teaching Method in Emergency Dental Care Education
Objective:To explore the application effect of the"SPOC+case teaching method+scenario simulation teaching method"in emergency dental care education.Methods:A total of 30 nursing staff(including rotating interns)working in the emergency department of the Stomatology Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine in 2022 and 2023 were selected as research subjects.Fifteen nursing staff from 2022 were used as the control group and adopted the traditional teaching mode;fifteen nursing staff from 2023 were used as the experimental group and adopted the"SPOC+case teaching method+scenario simulation teaching method"teaching mode.The theoretical and operational assessment scores,teaching satisfaction,comprehensive ability scores,and emergency response ability of the two groups were compared.Results:The experimental group's theoretical and operational assessment scores,teaching satisfaction,comprehensive ability scores,and emergency response ability were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined use of"SPOC+case teaching method+scenario simulation teaching method"effectively improves the quality of clinical teaching in the emergency dental department and enhances the emergency dental care service capability.
