摘要
导学关系是影响医学研究生教育质量的重要因素之一.导师作为研究生培养第一责任人,应具备构建和谐导学关系的能力.但是,在构建导学关系方面导师经常遇到一些难题.在医学研究生导师中开展巴林特小组活动,促进导师对导学关系的理解和思考,为提高导师构建和谐导学关系的能力提供新方法.
Abstract
The tutorial relationship is a crucial factor influencing the quality of medical postgraduate education.Supervisors,as the primary mentors in graduate training,should possess the capability to build harmonious tutorial relationships.However,supervisors often encounter challenges in establishing these relationships.Implementing Belbin Team Role activities among medical postgraduate supervisors can facilitate their understanding and reflection on tutorial relationships,thereby offering a new method to enhance their ability in building harmonious tutorial relationships.
