摘要

当前麻醉学专业学位硕士研究生培养过程中普遍存在科研能力弱的问题,究其原因主要是科研时间少,导师指导不足.在让学生早进课题组与利用好碎片化时间的基础上分阶段进行科研训练,提出了"4+3"科研能力提升培训模式,为麻醉学专业学位硕士研究生科研能力的培养提供新思路.

Abstract

Currently,there is a widespread issue of weak research skills among master's degree students in anesthesiology,primarily due to limited research time and insufficient guidance from mentors.Based on early involvement in research teams and effective use of fragmented time,a phased research training approach has been proposed.The"4+3"research skill enhancement training model offers new insights for cultivating research skills in anesthesiology professional master's students.
