Exploration and Practice in Cultivating Research Skills of Anesthesiology Professional Master's Degree Students
Currently,there is a widespread issue of weak research skills among master's degree students in anesthesiology,primarily due to limited research time and insufficient guidance from mentors.Based on early involvement in research teams and effective use of fragmented time,a phased research training approach has been proposed.The"4+3"research skill enhancement training model offers new insights for cultivating research skills in anesthesiology professional master's students.
