The Current Status of Professional Identity among Undergraduate Nursing Interns and Its Impact on Attitudes toward Professionalism

摘要
目的:探讨护理本科实习生职业认同现状及对职业精神态度的影响.方法:通过问卷星网络调查,采用一般资料、护生职业认同量表和职业精神态度量表收集资料.结果:共收集到258份问卷,护理本科实习生职业认同为(69.67±12.45)分,职业精神态度为(69.13±10.38)分,两者呈正相关(r=0.592,P＜0.01).分层回归分析显示,职业认同能独立解释职业精神态度变异的14％.结论:护理本科实习生职业认同和职业精神态度处于中等水平,职业认同是职业精神态度的重要影响因素.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the current status of professional identity among undergraduate nursing interns and its impact on their attitudes toward professionalism.Methods:Data were collected through an online survey via Questionnaire Star,utilizing general information,the Nursing Students'Professional Identity Scale,and the Professionalism Attitude Scale.Results:A total of 258 questionnaires were collected.The professional identity score of undergraduate nursing interns was(69.67±12.45),and the professionalism attitude score was(69.13±10.38).There was a positive correlation between the two(r=0.592,P＜0.01).Hierarchical regression analysis showed that professional identity independently explained 14％of the variance in professionalism attitude.Conclusion:The levels of professional identity and attitudes toward professionalism among undergraduate nursing interns are moderate,with professional identity being an important influencing factor on attitudes toward professionalism.
