Construction of an Evaluation System for the Teaching Competence in Course-based Ideological and Political Education among Nursing Faculty
Objective:To construct an evaluation system for the teaching competence in course-based ideological and political education among nursing faculty.Methods:Based on the competency onion model,the initial draft of evaluation indicators was developed through literature review and questionnaire surveys.The Delphi expert consultation method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)were used to screen the indicators and determine their weights.Results:The positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 86.7%and 88.5%,the expert authority coefficients were 0.84 and 0.82,and the Kendall's coefficients of concordance were 0.36 and 0.40(all P<0.05).The evaluation system includes 4 primary indicators and 26 secondary indicators.Conclusion:The constructed evaluation indicators for teaching competence in course-based ideological and political education among nursing faculty are scientific and reliable,providing a reference for evaluating and training nursing faculty in this area.
