研究生导师基本素质与落实立德树人职责的关系探析——基于研究生感知视角

摘要
目的:探讨导师对立德树人重视程度及其基本素质与落实立德树人职责之间的关系.方法:选取各专业各年级的研究生进行问卷调查,采用Pearson相关系数对统计数据进行分析.结果:研究生导师对立德树人职责的重视程度与其基本素质与落实立德树人职责之间存在密切的正相关关系,各项指标表现出显著性差异.结论:应进一步增强导师的思政教育意识,加强师德师风建设,并提升导师的业务能力素质.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship between the emphasis that supervisors place on moral education and their fundamental qualities in fulfilling their responsibilities for moral education.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among graduate students of various majors and academic years at Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.The Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze the statistical data.Results:There is a close positive correlation between the emphasis that graduate supervisors place on moral education responsibilities,their fundamental qualities,and the fulfillment of these responsibilities,with significant differences observed across various indicators.Conclusion:It is necessary to further enhance supervisors'awareness of ideological and political education,strengthen the construction of professional ethics and conduct,and improve supervisors'professional competencies.
