Analysis and Countermeasures on Medical Students'Willingness to Work in Grassroots Settings——A Case Study of Guangxi Medical University
A questionnaire survey was conducted among students at Guangxi Medical University to understand the current status and reasons behind medical students'willingness to work in grassroots settings.The findings provide reference for guiding and promoting grassroots employment in higher education institutions.The survey shows that 27.0%of students are willing to choose grassroots employment,while 73.0%are not considering it.The main reasons hindering medical graduates from working in grassroots settings are"limited development opportunities"and"low salary and benefits".Measures such as policy incentives and improved career guidance from institutions can be taken to attract graduates to grassroots work.
