护理本科实习生可雇佣能力现状及影响因素分析

摘要
目的:了解护理本科实习生可雇佣能力现状,并分析其影响因素,为提升其可雇佣能力提供理论依据.方法:采用便利抽样法,对229名护理本科实习生进行问卷调查.结果:护理本科实习生的可雇佣能力为(117.45±13.69)分,多元线性回归分析结果显示,亲社会倾向、德育分和参加学生社团为护理实习本科生可雇佣能力的影响因素.结论:护理本科实习生的可雇佣能力处于中等偏上的水平,有较好的亲社会倾向、较高的德育分和积极参加学生社团的护生,其可雇佣能力较高.
Abstract
Objective:To understand the current status of employability among nursing undergraduate interns and analyze its influencing factors,providing theoretical support for enhancing their employability.Methods:A convenience sampling method was used to survey 229 nursing undergraduate interns.Results:The employability score of nursing undergraduate interns was(117.45±13.69).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that prosocial tendencies,moral education scores,and participation in student clubs were significant factors influencing the employability of nursing interns.Conclusion:The employability of nursing undergraduate interns is relatively high,with good prosocial tendencies,high moral education scores,and active participation in student clubs contributing to their higher employability.
