摘要
目的:探讨基于微信平台的适时教学模式在基础护理学实验教学中的应用效果.方法:选取我校2018级护理本科生5个班共133人作为研究对象.按班级分为试验组(n=77)和对照组(n=58).试验组采用基于微信平台的适时教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式.课程结束后,对比两组学生的理论和操作成绩、自主学习能力.结果:试验组理论和操作成绩、自主学习能力均显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:基于微信平台的适时教学模式有助于提高教学效果,并显著增强护理本科生的自主学习能力.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of a Just-in-Time Teaching(JiTT)model based on the WeChat platform in the experimental teaching of Basic Nursing.Methods:A total of 133 nursing undergraduates from five classes of the 2018 cohort at our university were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into an experimental group(n=77)and a control group(n=58)according to their classes.The experimental group adopted the JiTT teaching method based on the WeChat platform,while the control group used traditional teaching methods.After the course,the students'theoretical and practical scores,as well as their autonomous learning abilities,were compared between the two groups.Results:The experimental group showed significantly higher scores in theory,practice,and autonomous learning ability than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The JiTT teaching method helps improve teaching effectiveness and significantly enhances the autonomous learning abilities of nursing undergraduates.
