Application of One Minute Preceptor Model in Outpatient Teaching for Medical Interns in Nephrology
Objective:To explore the application of the One Minute Preceptor(OMP)model in outpatient teaching for medical interns in nephrology. Methods:A total of 44 clinical medical undergraduates were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group used the One Minute Preceptor model, while the control group received traditional outpatient teaching. The study compared theoretical exam scores, case presentation scores, and teaching satisfaction between the two groups. Results:The experimental group showed significantly higher scores in theoretical exams, case presentations, and outpatient teaching satisfaction compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The One Minute Preceptor model significantly enhances learning outcomes and improves teaching quality in outpatient nephrology education.
