摘要
目的:探讨OMP模式在见习生肾内科门诊教学中的应用.方法:选取临床医学本科生44名,随机分为试验组与对照组,两组学生分别采用OMP模式和传统门诊教学法,比较出科成绩及对教学的满意度.结果:试验组学生的出科理论成绩、病例汇报成绩和门诊教学满意度均显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:OMP模式门诊教学可显著改善学习效果,提高教学质量.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of the One Minute Preceptor(OMP)model in outpatient teaching for medical interns in nephrology.Methods:A total of 44 clinical medical undergraduates were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group used the One Minute Preceptor model,while the control group received traditional outpatient teaching.The study compared theoretical exam scores,case presentation scores,and teaching satisfaction between the two groups.Results:The experimental group showed significantly higher scores in theoretical exams,case presentations,and outpatient teaching satisfaction compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The One Minute Preceptor model significantly enhances learning outcomes and improves teaching quality in outpatient nephrology education.
