Application of Cognitive Conflict-Based"Three-Step"Bedside Teaching in Training Nursing Interns in Pancreatic Disease Department
Objective:To explore the effectiveness of cognitive conflict-based"Three-Step"bedside teaching in training nursing interns in the pancreatic disease department. Methods:A total of 60 nursing interns from the pancreatic disease department were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 30 interns in each group. The control group received traditional teaching methods, while the experimental group was taught using the cognitive conflict-based"Three-Step"bedside teaching model.Differences in teaching effectiveness between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results:The experimental group showed significantly higher scores in theoretical knowledge, skills performance, and nursing physical examination,as well as overall clinical competency compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cognitive conflict-based"Three-Step"bedside teaching effectively enhances the professional knowledge, skills, and clinical competence of nursing interns in the pancreatic disease department, and is worthy of application and promotion.
