Application of Debriefing-GAS Combined with Case-Based Simulation Teaching in Maxillofacial Surgery Nursing Education
Objective:To explore the effectiveness of Debriefing-GAS combined with case-based simulation teaching in maxillofacial surgery nursing education. Methods:A total of 62 rotating nurses in maxillofacial surgery were selected for the study and randomly divided into a control group and a trial group, with 31 participants in each group. The control group received conventional teaching, while the trial group was taught using Debriefing-GAS combined with case-based simulation teaching. Results:The trial group achieved significantly higher scores in final examinations, clinical thinking ability, and clinical practice skills compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Debriefing-GAS combined with case-based simulation teaching in maxillofacial surgery nursing education effectively improves theoretical knowledge, operational skills, clinical thinking, and practical abilities of rotating nurses.
