摘要
对于本科毕业低年级住院医师来说,超声模拟系统可帮助其熟练掌握各检查部位标准切面及相对应解剖结构,并了解超声成像原理,掌握探头使用方法,从而提高基本的超声操作技能水平;对于高年级住院医师来说,超声模拟系统可帮助其提高疾病诊断及鉴别诊断水平.文章通过总结科室近3年超声模拟系统(妇产、心脏模块)在住院医师培训中的使用情况,并结合国内外超声模拟教学案例,探讨超声模拟系统在住院医师培训中的作用.
Abstract
For junior residents who have graduated from undergraduate studies,ultrasound simulation systems can help them master standard scanning planes and corresponding anatomical structures,understand ultrasound imaging principles,and learn probe usage,thereby improving basic ultrasound skills.For senior residents,these systems aid in enhancing disease diagnosis and differential diagnosis skills.This article summarizes the use of ultrasound simulation systems(obstetrics and gynecology,cardiology modules)in resident training over the past three years and explores their role in resident training by reviewing domestic and international ultrasound simulation teaching cases.
