Application Study of TBL Combined with Flipped Classroom in Clinical Teaching for Breast Surgery Interns
Objective:To explore the effectiveness of combining TBL(Team-Based Learning)with flipped classroom in clinical teaching for breast surgery interns.Methods:32 medical students interning in the breast surgery department from June 2021 to November 2021 at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine were selected.The experimental group(n=16)used a combination of TBL and flipped classroom teaching methods,while the control group(n=16)used traditional LBL(Lecture-Based Learning)methods.Results:Students in the experimental group had higher theoretical and operational skill scores compared to the control group(P<0.05)and reported higher teaching satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined TBL and flipped classroom teaching method is superior to traditional methods and is recommended for application and promotion.
