摘要

目的:探讨TBL联合翻转课堂在乳腺外科实习生临床教学中的应用效果.方法:选取2021年6月至2021年11月在浙江大学医学院附属第二医院乳腺外科实习的32名医学生作为研究对象.试验组(n=16)采用TBL与翻转课堂相结合的教学方法,对照组(n=16人)则采用传统LBL教学方法.结果:试验组学生的理论和操作技能成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05),且试验组学生的教学满意度更高(P<0.05).结论:TBL联合翻转课堂的教学方法优于传统教学,值得应用推广.

Abstract

Objective:To explore the effectiveness of combining TBL(Team-Based Learning)with flipped classroom in clinical teaching for breast surgery interns.Methods:32 medical students interning in the breast surgery department from June 2021 to November 2021 at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine were selected.The experimental group(n=16)used a combination of TBL and flipped classroom teaching methods,while the control group(n=16)used traditional LBL(Lecture-Based Learning)methods.Results:Students in the experimental group had higher theoretical and operational skill scores compared to the control group(P<0.05)and reported higher teaching satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined TBL and flipped classroom teaching method is superior to traditional methods and is recommended for application and promotion.
