Application of CBE Modular Constructive Feedback Teaching Method in Pediatric Dentistry Nursing Education
Objective:To observe the effectiveness of the CBE(Competency-Based Education)modular constructive feedback teaching method in pediatric dentistry nursing education.Methods:60 rotating nurses were randomly divided into two groups,each with 30 participants.The control group used traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group used the CBE modular constructive feedback teaching method.Results:The experimental group had significantly higher exit examination scores,overall abilities,and self-directed learning skills compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the CBE modular constructive feedback teaching method in pediatric dentistry nursing education significantly improves the learning outcomes of rotating nurses.
