卓越医师培养背景下案例式教学法在临床医学专业眼科学教学中的应用

摘要
目的:探讨在卓越医师培养背景下,案例式教学法在临床医学专业眼科学教学中的应用效果.方法:选取内蒙古医科大学临床医学专业160名本科学生为研究对象,随机分为试验组(n=80)和对照组(n=80).试验组采用案例式教学法,对照组采用LBL教学法.通过调查问卷和考核成绩进行效果评价.结果:试验组学生满意度和考核成绩均显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:案例式教学法提升了学生对眼科学课程的满意度,并有助于其掌握专业理论知识和实践技能,在卓越医师培养计划中具有积极作用.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effectiveness of the case-based teaching method in ophthalmology education for clinical medicine under the excellence physician training program.Methods:160 undergraduate clinical medicine students from Inner Mongolia Medical University were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group(n=80)and a control group(n=80).The experimental group used the case-based teaching method,while the control group employed traditional LBL(Lecture-Based Learning)methods.The effectiveness was evaluated through surveys and assessment scores.Results:The experimental group had significantly higher satisfaction and assessment scores compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The case-based teaching method enhances students'satisfaction with the ophthalmology course and helps them better grasp professional theoretical knowledge and practical skills,playing a positive role in the excellence physician training program.
