Application of RCDP Teaching Method Combined with Menu-Based Microvideos in Emergency Department Nursing Education
Objective:To study the effectiveness of the RCDP(Rapid Deliberate Cycle Practice)teaching method combined with menu-based microvideos in emergency department nursing education.Methods:68 nursing students interning in the emergency department in 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,each with 34 students.The control group used traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group employed the RCDP teaching method combined with menu-based microvideos.The differences in teaching effectiveness between the two groups were compared.Results:The experimental group had significantly higher exit examination scores and emergency clinical abilities compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of the RCDP teaching method with menu-based microvideos effectively improves students'theoretical knowledge and practical skills,enhancing their emergency clinical capabilities.
