情境模拟融入留学生医学汉语课程的探索与实践

目的:通过情境模拟在留学生医学汉语教学中的实践应用,探索将临床能力与医学汉语教学融合的现代教学模式。方法:以浙江中医药大学国际教育学院临床医学专业2019级125名学生为教学对象,将其分为试验组(n=19)和对照组(n=106)。设计并开展融入高度仿真情境模拟、聚焦临床实践能力的医学汉语课程。试验组参与课堂情境模拟实践,而对照组则进行在线学习。结果:试验组临床能力显著提升(P<0。05),且期末理论成绩显著高于对照组(P<0。05)。调查问卷结果显示,试验组师资满意度和课程满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0。05)。结论:融入情境模拟的医学汉语课程具有安全性、可重复性和高效性,符合医学教育学理论,能够有效提升留学生的医学汉语能力、临床技能及综合素质,为他们继续深造和归国执业奠定了坚实基础。
Exploration and Practice of Integrating Scenario Simulation into Medical Chinese Courses for International Students
Objective:To explore a modem teaching model that integrates clinical competence with medical Chinese teaching through the practical application of scenario simulation.Methods:The study involved 125 clinical medicine students from the International Education College at Zhejiang Chinese Medical University,2019 cohort.Students were divided into an experimental group(n=19)and a control group(n=106).The experimental group participated in a medical Chinese course incorporating highly simulated scenario simulations focused on clinical practice skills,while the control group engaged in online learning.Results:The experimental group showed a significant improvement in clinical competence(P<0.05)and had significantly higher theoretical exam scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).Survey results indicated that the experimental group had significantly higher satisfaction with the instructors and the course compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The medical Chinese course incorporating scenario simulation is safe,reproducible,and efficient.It aligns with medical education theory and effectively enhances international students'medical Chinese proficiency,clinical skills,and overall competence,providing a solid foundation for further study and practice upon returning to their home countries.
