摘要

目的:探讨中医热病案选读课程建设实践在海南医科大学2018级中医本科生温病学教学中的应用效果.方法:以海南医科大学2017级和2018级中医本科班学生分别作为对照组和试验组,在试验组的温病学课程教学中增设中医热病案选读课程.课程结束后,分析两组学生的成绩差异.结果:试验组学生的平时成绩、期末成绩和综合成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05).虽然试验组与对照组在综合成绩的优秀率和及格率上无显著差异(P>0.05),但试验组的良好率和中等率均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:中医热病案选读课程开设早、重专科、分层次,能够满足热病专业人才的培养需求,促进中医人才的发展,并有助于加强中医学课程的建设.

Abstract

Objective:To explore the application effect of a course on selected cases of TCM for febrile diseases in the teaching of Wenbing(Warm Disease)to the 2018 cohort of TCM undergraduates at Hainan Medical University.Methods:Students from the 2017 and 2018 TCM undergraduate classes were divided into control and experimental groups.The experimental group received additional instruction in the selected cases of TCM for febrile diseases in their Wenbing course.Post-course,the performance of the two groups was analyzed.Results:The experimental group scored significantly higher in routine,final,and comprehensive assessments compared to the control group(P<0.05).Although there was no significant difference in the rates of excellent and pass grades between the two groups(P>0.05),the experimental group had a higher rate of good and average grades(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early introduction,specialization,and stratification in the course on selected cases of TCM for febrile diseases meet the needs for training professionals in this field,promote the development of TCM talents,and strengthen the construction of TCM curricula.
