医学类本科专业生源质量提升路径的探索与思考——以北京大学医学招生为例

摘要
在生源竞争日益激烈的背景下,如何规范有序地开展医学类专业招生工作,不断提升生源质量,是高校一项重要的工作.北大医学在"深度融合"基本理念的指引下,加强与本部招生工作的合作,积极鼓励学院、专家及学生志愿者参与,加强招生宣传,逐步形成了较浓厚的招生文化,招生质量提升显著,并且对于促进师生互动和在校医学生成长发挥了积极作用.
Abstract
In the context of increasingly fierce competition for student enrollment,conducting medical program admissions in a regulated and orderly manner to continuously improve the quality of incoming students is a crucial task for universities.Guided by the core concept of"deep integration,"Peking University Health Science Center has strengthened collaboration with the university's main admissions office,actively encouraged the involvement of colleges,experts,and student volunteers,and enhanced admission promotion efforts.Over time,a strong culture of admissions has developed,leading to a significant improvement in the quality of incoming students.This has also played a positive role in fostering teacher-student interaction and the growth of current medical students.
