Research on Comprehensive Evaluation of the Competency and Qualities of Military Medical Cadets
Conducting a scientific and rational comprehensive evaluation of the competency and qualities of military medical cadets plays a critical role in the education process of military academies.This study analyzes various factors influencing the competency and qualities of military medical cadets,establishes a scientific evaluation index system,and quantifies it appropriately.The specific calculation process of comprehensive evaluation using the grey relational analysis(GRA)method is provided.Through a case study,it is demonstrated that the application of the GRA method in the comprehensive evaluation of military medical cadets'competency and qualities is easy to understand,objective,fair,and minimally influenced by subjective factors,with evaluation results aligning with actual circumstances.
