A Survey and Analysis of the Clinical Competency Training of"4+4"Graduates in Clinical Medicine
Objective:This study aims to explore the clinical competency of"4+4"(4-year general education and 4-year clinical medical education)graduates in clinical medicine.Methods:The"4+4"graduates were selected as the research subjects and their clinical competencies were compared with those of eight-year doctoral graduates and three-year doctoral graduates.Results:The clinical research capabilities of"4+4"students need improvement.Discussion:"4+4"students face significant pressure in clinical research and are subjected to intense competition.Suggestions:In the context of the current development of new medical sciences,measures such as blended learning,curriculum reform,differentiated education,and clinical postdoctoral programs can be employed to enhance the research innovation capabilities of"4+4"students.
