Cognitive Status and Influencing Factors of Medical Teachers on Ideological and Political Education in Courses at Lanzhou University
Objective:To investigate the cognitive status and influencing factors of medical teachers'understanding of ideological and political education in courses at Lanzhou University.Methods:A survey was conducted among medical teachers at Lanzhou University using questionnaires.Results:The overall recognition rate of ideological and political education in courses was 66.2%.Male teachers had a higher recognition rate compared to female teachers(OR=2.838,95%CI:1.088-7.401).Teachers who had followed curriculum ideological and political reform(OR=3.170,95%CI:1.398-7.190)or had conducted related research(OR=2.913,95%CI:1.286-6.603)had higher recognition levels.Conclusion:There is significant room for improving the recognition of ideological and political education among medical teachers.It is necessary to strengthen ideological and political education and encourage teachers to engage in self-learning.
