摘要
目的:了解医学专业教师课程思政的认知现状及影响因素.方法:问卷调查兰州大学医学专业教师.结果:课程思政的总体认知度为66.2%;男教师的认知度高于女教师(OR=2.838,95%CI:1.088~7.401);关注过课程思政改革(OR=3.170,95%CI:1.398~7.190)和进行过课程思政相关调查研究(OR=2.913,95%CI:1.286~6.603)的教师认知度更高.结论:医学专业教师课程思政的认知提升空间较大,应加强思政教育并引导其自主学习.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the cognitive status and influencing factors of medical teachers'understanding of ideological and political education in courses at Lanzhou University.Methods:A survey was conducted among medical teachers at Lanzhou University using questionnaires.Results:The overall recognition rate of ideological and political education in courses was 66.2%.Male teachers had a higher recognition rate compared to female teachers(OR=2.838,95%CI:1.088-7.401).Teachers who had followed curriculum ideological and political reform(OR=3.170,95%CI:1.398-7.190)or had conducted related research(OR=2.913,95%CI:1.286-6.603)had higher recognition levels.Conclusion:There is significant room for improving the recognition of ideological and political education among medical teachers.It is necessary to strengthen ideological and political education and encourage teachers to engage in self-learning.
