摘要
合理安排麻醉住院医师规范化培训轮转科室有利于麻醉医生提高患者的麻醉管理质量.本研究通过问卷调查评估和分析目前所进行的轮转安排,规范化培训期间轮转胸心外科、呼吸内科、心血管内科、心电图室、超声影像科是住院医师认为相对重要的科室,可能有利于麻醉医生对该类患者的麻醉管理.
Abstract
Rational rotation arrangements in standardized training for anesthesiology residents can improve the quality of anesthesia management for patients.This study evaluates and analyzes the current rotation arrangements through a questionnaire survey.The rotations in thoracic and cardiac surgery,respiratory medicine,cardiology,electrocardiography,and ultrasound imaging were deemed relatively important by the residents,as these rotations might help anesthesiologists improve anesthesia management for patients in these specialties.
