Application of TBL-CBL Combined Teaching Method in Ultrasound Medicine Education
Objective:This study aims to explore the effectiveness of combining Team-Based Learning(TBL)with Case-Based Learning(CBL)in the teaching of ultrasound medicine.Methods:A total of 41 ultrasound trainees were divided into two groups:the experimental group,which used the TBL-CBL teaching method,and the control group,which employed traditional teaching methods.The exam scores of both groups were compared,and a satisfaction survey was conducted for the experimental group.Results:The experimental group's average exam scores were significantly higher than those of the control group(p<0.05).Most trainees in the experimental group positively evaluated the TBL-CBL method,noting that it reinforced ultrasound knowledge,increased interest in learning,enhanced self-directed learning awareness,and improved communication between teachers and students.Conclusion:The combination of TBL and CBL methods has a positive impact on ultrasound medicine education,leading to improved academic performance and teaching satisfaction.
