Study on the Application Effect of Diversified Teaching Models in Standardized Training for Obstetric Residents
Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of diversified teaching models in standardized training for obstetric residents.Methods:Forty standardized training physicians were randomly assigned to groups,with comprehensive assessments used as the standard for evaluating teaching effectiveness.Results:The introduction of diversified teaching models in the standardized training for obstetric residents significantly improved the teaching outcomes in the experimental group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Overall satisfaction in the experimental group reached 95%.Satisfaction with the guidance level of teaching staff was above 90%for all evaluation indicators.Conclusion:Diversified teaching models are effective in enhancing clinical teaching quality for residents,addressing the shortcomings of traditional teaching methods.Their successful application suggests they are worth promoting.
