Evaluation of Simulation Scenario Training on Team Function Establishment for New Employees
Objective:To explore the effectiveness of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)simulation scenario training in establishing team functions for new employees. Methods:New employees from 2020 were assigned to the control group, while those from 2021 were assigned to the experimental group. The onboarding training for the experimental group included CPR simulation scenarios.Structured in-depth discussions and evaluations were conducted, focusing on the compliance with CPR depth and frequency standards,as well as non-technical team function indicators. Results:After simulation training, the clinical skills compliance rate of new employees improved.Team functions, including leadership,problem-solving ability, situational awareness, resource integration, and communication skills, all showed significant improvement(P<0.05).Conclusion:Simulation training significantly enhances overall team functionality for new employees, laying a strong foundation for clinical work.
