建立CBL题库的CBL教学法在急诊医学教学中的应用

摘要
目的:探索建立CBL题库的CBL教学法应用于急诊医学教学的效果.方法:将吉林大学第一医院轮转急诊科2020级60名规培医生及80名硕士研究生分别平均分成对照组和试验组.对照组采用传统CBL教学法,试验组采用建立CBL题库的CBL教学法.观察两组理论和临床技能考试成绩及学生对教学方法的量化评分.结果:试验组理论成绩、临床技能考试成绩均优于对照组(P＜0.05).试验组对教学方法的量化评分优对照组(P＜0.05).结论:试验组学生在临床思维能力、理论及实践考核等方面均有显著提高,建立CBL题库的CBL教学法值得在急诊医学教学中推广.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effectiveness of applying the CBL teaching method with the establishment of a CBL question bank in emergency medicine education.Methods:A total of 60 emergency medicine residents and 80 master's students rotating in the emergency department at Jilin University First Hospital in 2020 were randomly divided into two groups:a control group and an experimental group.The control group received traditional CBL teaching,while the experimental group utilized the CBL teaching method with the establishment of a CBL question bank.The study evaluated theoretical and clinical skills examination scores and student satisfaction with the teaching methods.Results:The experimental group outperformed the control group in both theoretical and clinical skills examination scores(P＜0.05).The experimental group also received higher quantitative scores for teaching methods compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The experimental group's students'clinical thinking abilities,theoretical knowledge,and practical skills.The CBL teaching method with the establishment of a CBL question bank is recommended for broader application in emergency medicine education.
