摘要
通过对新疆医科大学2019级乡村医师实习生实习情况满意度进行调查,结果表明,实习生整体满意度较高,但自我价值实现、薪资待遇等方面满意度较低.后期学校应开展各类实习过渡活动,医院应以岗位胜任力为抓手,提升实习生个人价值、职业认可等方面,提高实习生实习满意度,为其职业发展奠定基础.
Abstract
This study surveyed the satisfaction levels of rural physician interns from the 2019 cohort of Xinjiang Medical University,revealing generally high satisfaction but lower satisfaction in self-fulfillment and compensation.Recommendations include implementing internship transition activities and emphasizing competency at hospitals to enhance interns'sense of value and career recognition,in order to improve the satisfaction of interns during their internship and lay a foundation for their career growth.
