摘要
健康服务与管理专业是2016年教育部根据《"健康中国2030"规划纲要》设置的新专业,也是教育部重点建设的新兴学科.目前健康服务与管理专业存在缺乏教学质量国家标准、人才培养目标待明确等问题,本研究对广东药科大学健康服务与管理专业本科生的毕业实习情况进行调查探讨,为进一步完善我校人才培养方案提供依据,也为其他开设健康服务与管理专业的院校提供借鉴和参考.
Abstract
The Health Services and Management major,established by the Ministry of Education in 2016 as part of the Healthy China 2030 Plan Outline,is a newly developed discipline and a key area of focus for national educational development.Currently,challenges such as the absence of national standards for teaching quality and undefined talent cultivation goals persist in this field.This study explores the graduation internship experiences of undergraduate students majoring in Health Services and Management at Guangdong Pharmaceutical University.The findings aim to provide insights for enhancing the university's talent cultivation program and offer valuable reference points for other institutions offering this major.
