Study on the Current Status and Influencing Factors of Innovation Ability Among Nursing Undergraduates
Objective:To investigate the current state of innovation ability among nursing undergraduates and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:Surveys on innovation ability,innovation efficacy,and self-directed learning were conducted with 649 nursing undergraduates from a medical college in Hainan Province.Results:The average score for innovation ability was(69.76±13.18),indicating a moderate level.Independent learning,innovation efficacy,gender,interest in nursing,and familiarity with innovation activities were identified as independent influencing factors(P<0.05).Conclusion:Innovation ability among nursing undergraduates needs improvement,and interventions should target these influencing factors.
