高校推进中医药文化教育初探——基于大理大学本科新生的调查

目的:了解综合性高校本科一年级新生对中医药的认知现状,探讨大学阶段开展中医药文化教育的思路。方法:采用整群随机抽样,选取大理大学一年级新生1508人,参照已有文献设计问卷进行调查。结果:对中医药持相信、热爱态度的占80。84%,愿意接受中医药治疗的占89。46%,专业类别间、性别间差异无统计意义(P>0。05)。愿意学习和了解中医药的占91。25%,专业类别间、性别间差异有统计学意义(P<0。05),医药类专业学生高于文科类、理科类专业学生,女生高于男生。结论:大学新生对中医药的认同度和信任度很高,但部分大学生对中医药认识不足、了解程度偏低。在大学阶段开展中医药文化教育,应针对性地从巩固、引导、深化三个方面开展。
Preliminary Exploration of Traditional Chinese Medicine Cultural Education in Universities——Based on a Survey of Freshmen at Dali University
Objective:To assess the knowledge of freshmen at comprehensive universities regarding Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)and explore strategies for TCM cultural education at the university level.Methods:A cluster random sampling method was used to survey 1,508 freshmen at Dali University.Results:Of those surveyed,80.84%expressed belief and interest in TCM,with 89.46%willing to receive TCM treatment.A statistically significant difference was found between academic majors and gender regarding TCM interest(P<0.05),with higher interest among medical students and females.Conclusion:While university freshmen generally recognize and trust TCM,there is a lack of deep understanding.TCM education in universities should focus on consolidating,guiding,and deepening students'knowledge.
