摘要
目的:探索"早临床"方式及提高口腔医学专业技能考核客观性.方法:对低年级口腔医学专业学生进行学生标准化病人培训,并应用于毕业生的专业技能考核.结果:增强了低年级学生职业认知感;提升了技能考核的科学性和规范性,显著提高了技能考核的成绩.结论:将口腔医学专业低年级学生培训为SSP应用于技能考核,有助于提升岗位胜任力.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the use of early clinical standardized patients in dental skills assessment.Methods:Low-grade dental students trained as standardized patients to be used in final skills exams.Results:This method increased professional awareness and scientific accuracy in assessments,significantly boosting skills scores.Conclusion:Training low-grade students as standardized patients enhances clinical competency.
