Analysis of the Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Unpleasant Experiences Among Nursing Interns
Objective:To understand the current status of unpleasant experiences among nursing interns in higher vocational colleges,analyze their influencing factors,and provide examples for interventions to address unpleasant experiences during clinical internships.Methods:Utilizing the Questionnaire Star platform,a convenience sampling method was adopted.A self-designed questionnaire was administered in May 2021 to survey 868 nursing interns from the 2018 cohort of our school.Results:The total scores of unpleasant experiences among nursing interns ranged from 19 to 89 points,with an average of(34.83±9.80)points.Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that educational level and the grade of the internship hospital were the main factors influencing unpleasant experiences among nursing interns(P<0.05).Conclusion:The proportion of nursing interns experiencing unpleasant feelings is relatively high.Hospital nursing managers and school nursing educators should pay close attention,collaborate effectively,and implement practical intervention measures to reduce the occurrence of unpleasant experiences during clinical internships.
