基于随访不符合病例的逆向教学方法在超声住院医师规范化培训中的应用

目的:研究基于随访不符合病例的逆向教学方法在超声住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用价值。方法:选取2016-2019届我院超声科住院医师规范化培训的25名医师作为研究对象,随机分为两组。试验组接受常规教学方法及基于随访不符合病例的逆向教学方法,对照组接受常规教学方法。比较两组理论成绩及日常工作考核成绩。结果:试验组理论成绩与对照组的差异没有统计学意义(P>0。05),日常工作考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论:基于随访不符合病例的逆向教学方法能提高超声住院医师规范化培训的教学质量,对于提高住院医师规范化培训医师的综合能力有一定的价值。
Application of Reverse Teaching Based on Follow-Up Non-Conforming Cases in Ultrasound Resident Training
Objective:To investigate the value of reverse teaching based on follow-up non-conforming cases in standardized ultrasound resident training.Method:Twenty-five residents who received standardized ultrasound training in our hospital from 2016 to 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group received conventional teaching methods combined with reverse teaching based on follow-up non-conforming cases,while the control group received only conventional teaching methods.The theoretical scores and daily work assessment scores of the two groups were compared.Result:No significant difference was found in theoretical scores between the experimental and control groups(P>0.05),but the experimental group scored significantly higher in daily work assessments(P<0.05).Conclusion:Reverse teaching based on follow-up non-conforming cases improves the quality of ultrasound resident training and helps enhance comprehensive abilities of trainees.
