Application of Reverse Teaching Based on Follow-Up Non-Conforming Cases in Ultrasound Resident Training
Objective:To investigate the value of reverse teaching based on follow-up non-conforming cases in standardized ultrasound resident training.Method:Twenty-five residents who received standardized ultrasound training in our hospital from 2016 to 2019 were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group received conventional teaching methods combined with reverse teaching based on follow-up non-conforming cases, while the control group received only conventional teaching methods. The theoretical scores and daily work assessment scores of the two groups were compared.Result:No significant difference was found in theoretical scores between the experimental and control groups(P>0.05),but the experimental group scored significantly higher in daily work assessments(P<0.05).Conclusion:Reverse teaching based on follow-up non-conforming cases improves the quality of ultrasound resident training and helps enhance comprehensive abilities of trainees.
