在急诊科护理教学中应用SBME联合SBAR教学法的思考

目的:思考在急诊科护理教学中应用SBME联合SBAR教学法的效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年1月我科实习护生48人作为研究对象,根据入科实习时间不同分为对照组与试验组。对照组根据传统教学方法进行临床学习带教,试验组根据SBME联合SBAR教学方法进行临床学习带教。结果:试验组专科理论知识、专科操作能力、基护操作能力评分均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。试验组Mini-CEX评估成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论:SBME联合SBAR教学法应用于护生临床培训有助于提高护生临床沟通能力,帮助病人进行心理护理,缩短临床适应期。
Application of SBME Combined with SBAR Teaching Method in Emergency Department Nursing Education
Objective:To evaluate the effect of applying the SBME combined with SBAR teaching method in emergency department nursing education.Method:48 nursing students from the emergency department,who interned from January 2020 to January 2021,were selected as subjects.They were divided into two groups:the control group received traditional clinical teaching,while the experimental group received clinical teaching based on the SBME combined with SBAR method.Results:The experimental group scored higher in theoretical knowledge,specialized operational ability,and basic nursing skills than the control group,with significant statistical differences(P<0.05).The experimental group also scored higher in Mini-CEX evaluations,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The SBME combined with SBAR teaching method can improve nursing students'clinical communication skills,psychological care for patients,and shorten the clinical adaptation period.
