Application Effectiveness of Course-based Ideological and Political Education Combined with Clinical Teaching Pathway in Geriatrics Nursing Education
Objective:To explore the application of course-based ideological and political education combined with the clinical teaching pathway in geriatric nursing education.Method:80 nursing interns from the geriatrics department were divided into two groups.The control group received traditional clinical teaching,while the experimental group received teaching based on the combination of course-based ideological and political education with clinical teaching pathways.Knowledge acquisition,teaching satisfaction,and comprehensive ability were assessed.Results:The experimental group achieved 100%in knowledge acquisition and teaching satisfaction,significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group also scored significantly higher in comprehensive abilities(P<0.05)and had a clearer career plan.Conclusion:The combination of course-based ideological and political education with clinical teaching pathways significantly improves nursing students'academic performance,teaching satisfaction,and their overall abilities,including emergency response,analytical thinking,teamwork,theoretical level,and learning interest.
