思政教育结合临床带教路径在老年科护理带教中的应用效果分析

摘要
目的:探讨思政教育结合临床带教路径在老年科临床护理带教工作中的应用.方法:以80名老年医学科护理实习生为研究对象,分为两组,其中对照组接受常规带教模式,试验组接受思政教育结合临床带教路径模式.评价护理实习生知识掌握情况、带教满意度及综合能力评分.结果:试验组对于知识的掌握情况及带教满意度均为100％,均高于对照组(P＜0.05);试验组护理实习生综合能力评分显著高于对照组(P＜0.05);同时,试验组学生对于自己的职业规划更清晰.结论:思政教育结合临床带教路径的模式可显著提升实习生的学习成绩,提高带教满意度,并提升学生突发应变、思维分析、团结协作、理论水平以及学习兴趣等方面的综合能力,同时可有效提升学生人文素养、关怀能力.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of course-based ideological and political education combined with the clinical teaching pathway in geriatric nursing education.Method:80 nursing interns from the geriatrics department were divided into two groups.The control group received traditional clinical teaching,while the experimental group received teaching based on the combination of course-based ideological and political education with clinical teaching pathways.Knowledge acquisition,teaching satisfaction,and comprehensive ability were assessed.Results:The experimental group achieved 100％in knowledge acquisition and teaching satisfaction,significantly higher than the control group(P＜0.05).The experimental group also scored significantly higher in comprehensive abilities(P＜0.05)and had a clearer career plan.Conclusion:The combination of course-based ideological and political education with clinical teaching pathways significantly improves nursing students'academic performance,teaching satisfaction,and their overall abilities,including emergency response,analytical thinking,teamwork,theoretical level,and learning interest.
