摘要
目的 探讨纳米二氧化钛(TiO_2)对家兔凝血系统、血浆蛋白及血细胞的影响,初步研究其血液相容性.方法 将24只家兔随机分为4组,在给药的0,1,2,4,8,24,48 h检测凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血酶原时间(AFIT)和血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)含量;血浆血小板第4因子(PF-4)含量;红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)、血小板(PLT)计数;并在0和48 h时于光镜下观察血细胞形态.结果 TiO_2纳米粒对家兔的PT、APTT、FIB、PF-4、RBC、WBC、PLT均无明显影响(P>0.05);且同组中不同时间点,检测指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);0,48 h时各种血细胞形态均未见明显变化.结论 TiO_2纳米粒对家兔凝血功能、血浆蛋白及血细胞的数量和形态均无影响,是一种具有良好血液相容性的生物材料.
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of nanometer titanium dioxide on coagulation system,plasma albumin,blood cells and hematological compatibility in rabbits. Methods Twenty-four white Japanese rabbits wer randomly divided into 4 groups and the blood samples were taken at the time of 0,1,2,4,8,24 and 48 hours after vein injection of nanometer titanium diozide. Prothrombin time (PT), active partial thrombolastin time (APTT), plasma fibrinogen (FIB), plasma platelet factor 4 (PF4) ,red blood cell (RBC) ,white blood cell (WBC) ,and platelet were tested. And at 0 and 48 hours after injection, blood smears with HE stain were observed. Results No significant differince was observed between different groups (P > 0. 05) and in the same group at different time(P > 0. 05). The morphology of RBC, WBC and PLT in blood smear of each group showed no difference under microscope (X400). Conclusion Nanometer titanium dioxide has no effect on coagulation system, morphology and number of blood cells in rabbits.
