摘要
随着人口老龄化加剧,慢性病已成为我国面临的重大公共卫生问题之一.获取并使用权威的健康信息是慢性病管理的基础.目前,中老年慢性病患者的健康信息获取渠道日益多样化,但错误和不实信息流行,且该人群的健康信息辨别能力相对较弱.为促进中老年慢性病患者合理利用健康信息,本文基于权威理论,系统地概述了国内外目前关于中老年慢性病患者健康信息权威认定行为(包括健康信息信任评价和健康信息采纳评价2个方面的行为)的研究进展.
Abstract
With the intensification of population aging,chronic diseases have become one of the major public health problems facing China.Obtaining and using authoritative health information is the foundation of chronic disease management.Currently,the channels for middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic diseases to obtain health information are increasingly diversified,but incorrect and false information is prevalent,and the health information discrimination ability of this population is relatively weak.In order to promote the rational use of health information by middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic diseases,this article systematically summarizes the current research progress on health information authority identification behavior(including behaviors in two aspects:health information trust evaluation and health information adoption evaluation)among middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic diseases at home and abroad based on authority theory.
