国内外食物营养分析系统研究与应用现状

食物营养分析系统(nutrient profiling systems,NPS)是指根据食物的营养成分对食物进行分类或排序,并将算法应用于营养健康领域的科学方法,旨在帮助消费者选择健康食物.NPS的研究及应用对改善居民营养素养及促进居民选择健康食物具有关键作用,对新建NPS模型进行科学验证十分重要.目前,全球已有百余种NPS模型,其中阈值型NPS模型广泛用于食品包装正面标签、食品广告限制及食品企业内部评级等.本文主要概述了国内外NPS的研究与应用现况,同时对NPS模型的建立与验证方法及各利益相关方对NPS的态度与展望进行介绍.
Research progress and current applications of nutrient profiling systems domestically and internationally
Nutrient profiling systems(NPS)are scientific methods that classify or rank foods based on their nutrient composition and apply algorithms to the field of nutrition and health to help consumers make healthy food choices.The research and application of NPS play a critical role in improving the nutritional literacy of citizens and promoting healthy food choices,so it is essential to scientifically validate newly developed NPS models.Currently,there are more than 100 NPS models worldwide,of which threshold-based NPS models are widely used in front-of-package labelling,food advertising restrictions,and internal food company ratings.This article provides an overview of the research and application status of NPS both domestically and internationally.It also presents the construction and validation methods of NPS models,as well as the attitudes and perspectives of various stakeholders towards NPS.
