To explore the service supply path of family doctors during public health emergencies,summarize their prevention and control experience,and provide support for better response to new and emergent infectious disease outbreaks.By searching both domestic and international literature databases and applying literature content analysis,it was found that in the stages of epidemic warning,outbreak,relief and aftermath,family doctors adapted their service supply paths,with a focus on service scope and content.While family doctors in different countries were more flexible and sensitive in responding to regional emergency response frameworks,they still faced challenges such as insufficient human resources,imbalanced resource allocation,increased work pressure,and low service delivery efficiency,posing a severe threat to the sustainability of medical services.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the family doctor talent pool and optimize the service supply path in the future,improve emergency medical service capability and quality,and fully unleash the important role of family doctors as a safety net.
