Taking the practical experience of Tinglin Town,Jinshan District,Shanghai,in responding to the 2022 novel coronavirus omicron epidemic as a case study,it adopts the process tracing method and the macro model analysis framework of the health system to analyze and explore the specific problems and successful experiences faced by different types of communities in the administrative district of a new type of urbanization in the face of the existing governance problems and the tasks of epidemic prevention and control in a joint context.Through analysis and generalization,it is found that Tinglin Town has effectively overcome the difficulties in organization coordination,resource allocation and responsibility assignment under the influence of external environment by vertically constructing a sensitive emergency response management mechanism,horizontally setting up a multi-subject participation action system,and integrally using a variety of scientific management techniques,providing important experience and strategic reference for the response to public health emergencies in the new-type urbanized areas.It provides important experience and strategic reference for new urbanized areas to cope with public health emergencies.
