摘要
新冠疫情在带给社会重大挑战的同时,也为智慧技术在卫生应急领域的创新性应用和发展提供了机遇和土壤.在实践层面,促进智慧卫生应急在建设和应用等方面的发展;在研究层面,引发关于智慧卫生应急概念、内涵、研究热点等问题的进一步探讨.我国智慧卫生应急在基础设施建设、数据治理、技术应用和社会应急等方面存在不足.通过梳理总结我国智慧卫生应急管理的实践、研究进展,立足疾病预防控制事业高质量发展,对上述问题提出了针对性建议.
Abstract
While the COVID-19 epidemic has brought major challenges to the society,it has also provided opportunities and soil for the innovative applications and the development of smart technology in the field of health emergency.At the practical level,it has promoted the development of smart health emergency in construction and application;at the research level,it has triggered further exploration of the concept,connotation,and research highlights of smart health emergency response.There are deficiencies in infrastructure construction,data governance,technology application,and social emergency response in China's smart health emergency management.By summarizing the practice and research progress of smart health emergency management in China,and based on the high-quality development of disease control,targeted suggestions have been proposed for the above issues.
