Analysis of the problems and optimisation strategies of Hebei Province's public health personnel training in the"14th Five-Year Plan"period:under the theory of resource dependence
Public health is an important foundation for realising people's health in the new situation,and human resource construction is an important part of improving the capacity of public health services.Based on the theory of resource dependence,the data from public health institutions at all levels in Hebei Province were collected and analysed to explore the current situation of talent team building and the challenges it faced.It was found that the public health talent team in Hebei Province during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period was highly resource-dependent,and there were certain problems in the cultivation,recruitment and retention phases.It suggestted that the cultivation of public health talents in the cultivation phase should be supported by the joint efforts of internal and external resources;the the efficiency of talent utilization should be improved by reasonable planning of employment strategies;the evaluation and incentive system should be innovated to optimize talent retention mechanisms,to improve the overall quality of the public health talent team and promote the development of public health in Hebei Province.
