Objective To master the current status of vaccination clinics service capacity in northern Jiangxi,provide data support for promoting the high-quality development of vaccination.Methods A self-designed survey questionnaire was used to investigate vaccination clinics in two cities in northern Jiangxi.Using statistical analysis for data,and t-test or rank sum test for univariate analysis of quantitative data;counting data were analyzed using chi square test for single factor analysis.Results The proportion of vaccination clinics with area ≥40 m2(99.30%)and ≥80 m2(76.06%)in Nanchang were higher than Jiujiang(95.78%and 64.56%)(P<0.05).There were(3.10±2.03)vaccination tables per clinics in Nanchang,which was higher than(2.41±1.36)in Jiujiang,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There were differences in the cultural level structure,working years,and employment forms of service personnel between two regions(P<0.05).The main appointment method in both cities was by phone.Conclusion Vaccination clinics in northern Jiangxi can meet the needs of vaccination services.The clinic facilities in Nanchang are better than Jiujiang,but the stability of the personnel is relatively insufficient.The informatization construction level in both cities needs to be strengthened.
