Objective To analyze the situation of epidemiological investigators in Harbin City in 2023,and provide scientific basis for rational optimization of the allocation of health human resources in the disease prevention and control system in Harbin City.Methods Using Chi-squared test,multiple linear regression analysis and Pearson correlation analysis to analyze the basic situation and emotional indicators.Gini coefficient(G)was used to analyze the income fairness of the flow adjusters.Results The proportion of public health professionals among the epidemiological investigators was relatively low,and the proportion of junior professional titles,bachelor degree were the highest,the difference was statistically significant(x2=7.944,P=0.047).Turnover intention was positively correlated with multiple indicators such as emotional exhaustion(r=0.599,P<0.05).The distribution of income among the flow investigators was very fair(G<0.2).Conclusion The turnover intention of epidemiological investigators is strong and the promotion of professional titles for public health professionals is seriously lagging behind.It is suggested to increase the proportion of public health professionals,strengthen the guidance of employment planning for fresh medical graduates,and improve the professional title evaluation system and performance system.
