With social development,population floating and the increasing frequency of world exchanges,public health security events have quickly developed to the public health security crisis.The international community's attention to public health and safety governance is increasing day by day,and the role of international cooperation in health security governance is particularly prominent.In the past twenty years,the international community has achieved remarkable results in cooperating to address public health security,especially through the revision of International Health Regulations to enhance international cooperation in public health governance,the construction of public health defense networks,the development of bilateral and regional governance mechanisms,and the accessibility of public health products,there are also obvious shortcomings and enormous challenges.Therefore,China should actively participate in international cooperation in public health security governance,focus on deepening cooperation with international organizations such as WHO,strengthening bilateral and regional mechanisms cooperation and public health cooperation with the"the Belt and Road"countries,and giving play to the role of health science and technology institutions in health security governance international cooperation.
