Analysis of the vaccination status of non-EPI vaccines in Chaoyang District,Beijing from 2015 to 2022

摘要
目的 探讨北京市朝阳区非免疫规划(Expanded Program on Immunization,EPI)疫苗接种工作中存在的问题,为后续疫苗接种和科学管理提供依据.方法 收集北京市朝阳区EPI信息系统中2015-2022年非EPI疫苗接种数据,并分析其接种状况.结果2015-2022年北京市朝阳区共接种非EPI疫苗6 762 722剂次,占同期疫苗接种总剂次的43.02％;非EPI疫苗接种剂次从2015年的604 949剂次上升至2020年的1 113 967剂次;非EPI疫苗接种剂次占所有疫苗接种剂次比例从2015年的30.06％上升至2022年的58.52％.非EP1疫苗替代EPI疫苗的替代率从2015年的14.58％上升到2022年的21.98％.结论 北京市朝阳区2015-2022年非EPI疫苗接种剂次、替代率以及其在所有疫苗和非公立疫苗接种机构中接种量占比均呈逐年上升趋势.这提示相关部门在进一步规范、加强非EPI疫苗管理的同时,适时扩大EPI疫苗种类.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the vaccination status of non-expanded programme on immunization(EPI)vaccines in Chaoyang District of Beijing from 2015 to 2022 and provide suggestions for follow-up vaccination and management.Methods Collecting data on non-EPI vaccination in Chaoyang District of Beijing from 2015 to 2022 through the EPI information system,and analyzing the vaccination status.Results From 2015 to 2022,a total of 6 762 722 doses of non-EPI vaccines were vaccinated in Chaoyang District of Beijing,accounting for 43.02％of the total doses vaccinated during that period.The number of non-EPI vaccines vaccinated increased from 604 949 doses in 2015 to 1 113 967 doses in 2020,representing a ratio of 30.06％in 2015 to 58.52％in 2022 in all doses vaccinated.The replacement rate of non-EPI vaccines for EPI vaccines increased from 14.58％in 2015 to 21.98％in 2022.Conclusion In Chaoyang District of Beijing from 2015 to 2022,the number of doses of non-EPI and the replacing rate of non-EPI for EPI vaccines have been increased for each year,the proportions of non-EPI vaccines in all vaccines and vaccination dose in non-public vaccination institutions have also increased.This suggests that further standardization and strengthening of non-EPI vaccine management should be carried out,while EPI vaccine types should be expanded as appropriate.
