摘要
目的 分析老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者低血糖恐惧水平及影响因素.方法 采用便利抽样法,选取2022年1-12月杭州市第一人民医院收治的218例老年T2DM患者为调查对象,采用低血糖恐惧调查表等量表对患者进行调查,通过多重线性回归分析患者低血糖恐惧的影响因素.结果 文化程度、低血糖感知受损、近6个月低血糖发生频率、重度低血糖、糖尿病健康教育史、高等社会支持水平(β'=-0.126、0.187、0.172、0.211、-0.195、-0.230)是患者低血糖恐惧的影响因素(P＜0.05).结论 老年T2DM患者普遍存在低血糖恐惧,应加强糖尿病健康教育,提升患者识别、预防和应对低血糖能力,降低低血糖恐惧.
Abstract
Objective To investigate low glucose fear level and explore influencing factors in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods Using convenience sampling method,218 elderly T2DM patients admitted to Hangzhou First People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the investigation objects.The patients were surveyed using hypoglycemic fear worry scale,impairment assessment method,and social support assessment scale.The influencing factors of hypoglycemic fear in patients were analyzed through multiple linear regression.Results Education level,impaired hypoglycemia perception,hypoglycemia frequency,hypoglycemia severity,diabetes health education history,social support level(β'=-0.126,0.187,0.172,0.211,-0.195,-0.230)were the influencing factors of hypoglycemic fear in patients(P＜0.05).Conclusion Elderly T2DM patients generally have hypoglycemia fear.Health education on diabetes should be strengthened to improve patients'experience in identifying,preventing and coping with hypoglycemia to reduce hypoglycemia fear.
