Discussion on the construction and management of pre-hospital emergency response team for public health emergencies:take the construction of Qingdao pre-hospital emergency response team as an example
To explore the methods of construction and management of pre-hospital emergency response teams for public health emergencies,so as to provide reference for follow-up related research.Taking the construction and management of pre-hospital emergency rescue team as the research object,it retrospectively analyzed the practice of pre-hospital emergency team construction during the COVID-19 epidemic in Qingdao since 2020 and the practice and experience of pre-hospital emergency rescue team in response to large-scale epidemics in other cities,and analyzed the deployment of pre-hospital emergency personnel,emergency echelon and system system construction in public health emergencies.All localities successfully responded to major infectious disease outbreaks by rationally deploying pre-hospital emergency front-line personnel,establishing emergency echelons and coordinating resources from all parties,but there were also shortcomings in the single coordination body,the lack of reserve echelon construction,incentive mechanism and systematic coordination construction.It is necessary to establish a systematic concept of"big first aid",strengthen the research on the construction of pre-hospital emergency response teams,and integrate the participation of multiple forces,so as to provide a new direction for further improving the construction and management of pre-hospital emergency response teams.
